Dispatcher/ Service Manager - Connie came to Swift Plumbing &
Heating two years ago with an extensive background in service dispatch and
management. Her friendly and confident demeanor are a perfect combination when working

RON ESSLINGER
Senior Heating technician - Ron Esslinger is our senior heating
technician, having worked in the field for the past 15 years. He is familiar
with nearly every make of boiler, and all varieties of hot water heating
systems, design to installation and maintenance. He is extremely knowledgeable
in wiring and controls. His meticulous manner has solved some of the most
difficult troubleshooting problems. He has three grown sons, one of whom we are
training to follow in his footsteps. | |

STEVE BARTLETT
Senior Service Plumber- Steve has been plumbing for twenty years,
the last sixteen with Swift Plumbing and Heating. His incredible attention to
detail, friendly demeanor and extensive knowledge make him one of he best

SHANNON GRIFFIN
Heating Technician - Shannon Griffin has worked in the HVAC field
for many years in both the installation side and the service side. He has
extensive experience in air furnaces, heat pumps, ducting, air handlers, air
conditioning systems and fan coils. His work knowledge also extends into
hydronic heating, boiler installation and service. | |

REUBEN WILKENS
Service Plumber - Reuben has been with Swift Plumbing for the past
three years. He started out in our new construction department but we
soon realized that his great customer relation skills, and exceptional
mechanical skills would make him a perfect fit as a service plumber. Reuben has not disappointed. | |

MATT PERKINS
Service Plumber - Matt grew with plumbing in his blood. His father
is also a plumber, so Matt brings with him the experience and knowledge it takes
to be an excellent service plumber. Matt also has a very out going friendly and
