I consider follow-up to be the most important part of customer service. The technician didn't quite fix the problem with my dishwasher install. I called and they came out immediately and fixed it for good...great service, not cheap, but they stand by their work.
Persistent toilet flushing problems took several days to figure out and fix. Your staff member Troy did an outstanding job of working in the rain to solve the problem and his courtesy and attention to detail were more than I could have expected.
