Swift is one of only a few companies that do radiant heating on the peninsula. In 2021 they replaced my old oil boiler with a SpacePak SIM-060, a 5 ton monoblock heat pump. While there were a few installations to work out Dennis and his team were always there to address whatever the issue was. I understand this was the first SIM-060 they had installed. I guess this is why they did not really know much about the operation. Almost 5 years later, the system does not perform as expected when the Ambient temperature is below 40 and the time is over night. Swift has been relentless in trying to solve this issue. It appears the manufacturer is stumped as well and has been of marginal help.

Given their responsiveness and efforts, I have made Swift my go-to plumber and have used them for several other jobs. I don't need to call anyone else for my plumbing and heating needs.

Our radiant floor heating system went down just before we were to leave on vacation. Swift couldn't promise a technician would be there for two days. But they had a cancellation and sent the tech to us. He fixed the problem in an hour. Very competent person!

Troy from Swift Plumbing and Heating came to our home to repair/replace a faucet that was hard to access and was leaking. We had been told it was not fixable. He diagnosed , replaced and repaired it in 20 minutes! Troy was very personable, professional and skilled! Thank you Troy!!
